For most crystal trophies, we support orders starting from one piece, which is perfect for individual employee recognition or retirement gifts. However, for smaller crystal gifts (like keychains or phone stands), the unit price will be relatively higher for small quantities, so bulk ordering is recommended for better pricing.

Do you offer delivery services? Will the crystal break easily during transit?

We offer delivery services across Hong Kong (including commercial districts and event venues). For packaging, we use specialized shock-proof gift boxes and bubble wrap to minimize the risk of breakage. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
